Steps

    Brown the chopped onion with crushed garlic in a little oil until it wilts.

    Add the softened meat, salt and black pepper and stir until cooked.

    Add chopped colored peppers, chopped tomatoes, and ready-made tomato sauce if available.

    Add the chopped mushrooms and oregano and let the mixture simmer until the sauce thickens.

    Prepare the béchamel sauce in the usual way, boil the pasta and add it to the red sauce
