Ingredients

  • 250Kilograms (kg)Minced meat
  • 25Grams (g) Butter
  • 1PacketLasagna
  • 2CanPasta sauce
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1Cupwater
  • 2Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 150CupGrated Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Heat the butter or olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.

    Add salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder, and mix well with the meat.

    Add the pasta sauces and stir until fully combined.

    Gradually add water while stirring until a soup-like consistency forms.

    Add the broken lasagna sheets and simmer on low heat until the pasta is cooked.

    Just before serving, add the cooking cream and stir well, then sprinkle the cheese and Parmesan on top and mix.
