Creamy Chicken With Potatoes
Ingredients

- 3Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

Cut the onions and potatoes into slices as shown in the video

Season the chicken breasts well with salt and black pepper.

Heat a wide skillet over medium heat, place the chicken breasts in it and allow them time to brown on both sides

Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions with a light pinch of salt and black pepper, and stir until the onions are slightly wilted.

We add chopped garlic to the onions and stir until the garlic smell appears

Add the potato slices to the skillet and toss them with the onion and garlic mixture

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, and spread them evenly over the potatoes and onions

Add the cooking cream on top of the chicken

Add the vegetable stock cubes and simmer until the potatoes and chicken are cooked and the cream has thickened
