  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2CupPlain cake
  • 1CanJam

    Pour the batter into a lined baking tray, spread evenly, then pipe diagonal lines of chocolate mix in both directions to form diamond patterns.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, then let cool.

    Flip the cake onto a cutting board, remove parchment paper, and cut into two halves.
