Ingredients for kofta: ¼ kilo minced meat ½ bag of kofta marinade 1 chopped onion

Ingredients for rice kofta: ¼ kilo minced meat ¾ cup ground rice ½ bunch of parsley, coriander and dill 3 cloves of garlic 1 small onion salt, pepper and coriander

We divide the minced meat into three parts.

To 0.25 kg of minced meat, we add half a bag of kebab seasoning, a small chopped onion, and mix them well.

We shape the kebabs on skewers and store them in bags.

To another 0.25 kg of minced meat, we add half a bunch of coriander, dill, parsley, a small onion, and three garlic cloves, and mix them well.

We add just under a cup of finely ground rice, and mix everything again.

We grease our hands with oil, shape the kebabs, and place them in the oven.
