- 8Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 0.75CupSugar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coconut powder
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Grams (g) Biscuit
- 1CupToasted coconut

In a pot, add the milk, cornstarch, sugar, and coconut. Stir well.

Place the pot on heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add butter and cream (or mascarpone or both) and stir for 2 minutes.

In a Pyrex dish, arrange a layer of biscuits, then a layer of cream mixture. Repeat 3 times.

Mix 2 sachets of whipped cream powder with 1 cup cold milk using an electric mixer.

Spread the cream evenly over the top of the cake.

Toast 1 cup of coconut in a frying pan over low heat.

Sprinkle the toasted coconut over the cake.
