Ingredients

  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupSugar
  • 0.75Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 2CupMilk
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.5CupWalnut

Steps

    Place the eggs (room temperature) into the blender.

    Add vanilla and sugar (adjust sugar to taste).

    Blend the ingredients until well combined.

    Add the oil and milk, and continue blending.

    Add sifted cornstarch and flour to the cocoa.

    Add baking powder and salt; mix the dry ingredients.

    Pour the liquid mixture over the dry mixture and mix gently until combined.

    Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes on the middle rack.
