  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 0.75CupMilk
  • 1CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 3CupCheese
  • 0.25CanSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

Steps

    Place the eggs in a mixing bowl.

    Add sugar and vanilla, then mix well.

    Add the oil and milk, mixing until combined.

    Add flour, baking powder, and salt together, then mix until smooth.

    Prepare a Pyrex dish and grease it with oil.

    Pour most of the batter into the dish, leaving some aside.

    Mix the remaining batter with cinnamon, then pour it over the main batter.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.

    For the sauce: blend cheese cubes, condensed milk, and a little regular milk until smooth.

    Once baked, pour the cheese sauce over the cake and dust with cinnamon.
