    Grease the tray with ghee, making sure to coat the sides and edges well.

    Garnish with pistachios.

    Cut the basbousa into pieces.

    After 15 minutes, remove the foil from the tray.

    Meanwhile, we grind the pistachios.

    After 15 minutes, remove the basbousa, add the sweetened condensed milk, and cover it with aluminum foil.

    Roast the pistachios in an air fryer.
