    Put the eggs in a saucepan over a fire with water and salt and let them cook until cooked.

    We toast our brioche bread in any of our favorite ways: In butter, on a toaster, or in the oven.

    Prepare the guacamole: Cut the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, then mash it in a bowl with a fork.

    Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and coarsely chop the onion

    Add the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, and minced or powdered garlic.

    Add the juice of half a lemon, salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

    Mix the ingredients well until you get a smooth and cohesive mixture.

    Brush the bread with a teaspoon of cream cheese.

    Layer the guacamole over the cheese.

    Top with slices of boiled egg.
