Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pans with parchment paper.

Place 3 eggs in a bowl and lightly whisk them.

Add 1 box of lemon cake mix to the eggs and continue mixing.

Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil and mix well.

Add the juice and zest of 1 lemon and mix thoroughly.

Coat 1 box of blueberries with a little flour so that they are evenly covered.

Add the flour-coated blueberries to the batter and gently fold them in manually to prevent them from sinking.

Divide the batter evenly between two baking pans and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the cream by placing 180 g cream cheese in a bowl and mixing with an electric mixer.

Gradually add 200 ml whipping cream while continuing to mix until smooth.

Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla, mixing well until fully combined.

Once the cake has cooled slightly, spread a layer of cream on top.

Decorate the cake with the remaining cream and some blueberries.

To prepare the lemon glaze, combine 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons lemon zest, and 6 tablespoons melted butter in a bowl.

Place the bowl over a bain-marie on low heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens, then pour the lemon glaze over the cake and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
