- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 4Psc.eggs
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1.25Grams (g) Butter
- 1PacketCake Improver

Put four eggs in a deep bowl, then add two cups of sugar.

Mix the ingredients well with an electric mixer until the mixture is light in color.

Add the vanilla and mix again with an electric mixer.

Add the butter, oil, and 1 cup of milk, then stir with a hand whisk until combined

In another bowl, mix the flour, cake conditioner and salt using a hand whisk

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients, stirring from bottom to top gently until the flour is completely gone.

Grease a baking sheet with a little vegetable oil, then sprinkle a little flour.

Pour the cake batter into the pan and place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius.

Leave the cake in the oven for 45 minutes without opening the door during baking.
