Cut off the ends of 1 kg of baby zucchini from the top and bottom, then make a longitudinal slit in each zucchini without reaching the end

Fry the zucchini in heavy oil until partially cooked.

Prepare the filling by frying a quantity of pine nuts in oil until golden in color

Finely chop the onion

We remove the pine nuts on the side and then use the same oil to brown a small, finely chopped onion

Add 500 grams of minced meat, then season with half a teaspoon of mixed spices, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of dried mint, a pinch of black pepper and salt
