    We peel the pistachios from their outer shell.

    We place the peeled pistachios in boiling water for 5 minutes.

    We rub the pistachios inside a clean towel to remove the red skin.

    We dry the pistachios in the air fryer or oven at the lowest temperature for 10 minutes.

    We grind the pistachios in a food processor or blender until they become a fine powder, stopping every 2 minutes to stir.

    We add the cold butter cube and the spoon of oil to the ground pistachios and mix well.

    We add the milk powder and the melted white chocolate and mix until creamy.

    We adjust the texture by adding condensed milk
