- 1To TasteMozzarella
- 0.5CupMinced parsley
- 2Grams (g) Butter

In a deep bowl, combine the flour and water.

Add ½ teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

Whisk the mixture well with a hand whisk until smooth and free of lumps.

Prepare the grated cheese of your choice, such as mozzarella, and mix in the chopped parsley until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Grease the pan lightly with butter using a silicone brush.

Pour a portion of the crepe batter into the pan so that the layer is very thin, allowing it to cook quickly and evenly.

After about one minute, flip the crepe carefully to the other side using a spatula or clean hand.

Fill the crepe evenly with the cheese and parsley mixture.

Fold the crepe over the filling into a half-circle or square shape as desired.

Brush the top of the crepe with a little butter, then flip it to the other side and brush again to make it crispy and flavorful.
