  • 1CupEvaporated milk
  • 2CupMilk powder

    In a pot over the heat, we place 500 ml of hot water.

    We add one tablespoon of fine tea.

    We add 3 tablespoons of sugar.

    We grind the cardamom as shown in the video, then add it to the mixture.

    We cover the pot and leave it for 10 minutes on low heat until it is cooked.

    In a separate bowl, we mix a small can of evaporated milk with two tablespoons of powdered milk.

    We add the milk mixture to the tea.

    We leave the mixture for another 10 minutes on the heat.

    We grind half a tablespoon of saffron and place it in the serving bowl.

    We add the karka (tea) to the bowl, straining it.

    We leave the karka for 5 minutes to infuse with the saffron before serving, then serve.
