  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

    Cut the kunafa

    Put the melted ghee in the first aluminum plate and then place the kunafa on top

    Put some ghee on top of the kunafa and then a layer of cream

    Add another layer of kunafa, then add ghee on top and press it

    We put the kunafa on the fire for 5 minutes, stirring continuously

    After 5 minutes, turn it over to the other aluminum plate and cook for another 5 minutes, rotating constantly

    Pour the cold syrup over the kunafa and garnish with pistachios
