  • 1CupLiquid cream

  • 1CupHoney
  • 1CupCheese

Steps

    Mix the milk and egg well, then add to the flour, yeast, and sugar mixture, kneading for 5 minutes until smooth.

    Add the butter and salt, then knead again until the dough is soft and cohesive.

    Let the dough rest in an oiled bowl for 30 minutes.

    After resting, divide the dough into small balls, stuffing each with a cheese cube. Arrange the balls in a baking pan.

    Brush the top with the egg and cream mixture, and line the baking tray with parchment paper.

    Preheat the oven to 240°C and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
