- 1Kilograms (kg)Meat
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1Psc.Minced tomato
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper

To prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, a cup of warm water, and a small cup of oil. Knead well until you get a smooth, firm dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for an hour.

To prepare the filling: Mix the meat with the chopped parsley, onions, and tomatoes. Then, add salt, black pepper, and red pepper, and stir well.

After an hour, roll out the dough as shown in the video, then stuff it with the meat mixture. You can also stuff it with cheese if desired.

Place the pastries in a baking dish and brush the edges with butter.

Place them in the oven at 180°C, top and bottom heat.

Remove the meat before it is fully cooked, place the cheese on top, and then return it to the oven to finish cooking completely. Enjoy your meal!
