Ingredients

  • 1CanSeedless green olives
  • 500CupFlour
  • 250CupCold water
  • 60Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 70CupSugar
  • 8Grams (g) Dry yeast
  • 10PinchSalt

Steps

    Drain the olives from the liquid

    Cut the olives into small pieces.

    Knead all the ingredients together with the chopped olives in a mixer with a dough hook for 12 minutes until a smooth dough forms

    Let the dough rise until it doubles in size

    Divide the dough into equal pieces, each weighing 150 g, and shape each piece into a ball.

    Shape each ball into the desired bread shape.

    Let the dough rest and rise again for 20 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 160°C (top and bottom heat) with the turbo/fan on.

    Bake the bread for 20–25 minutes, depending on your oven, until fully cooked and golden brown.
