Melt the butter in a pan and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.

Add tomato paste, crushed red pepper (or Sriracha), ketchup (or honey/sugar), soy sauce (if using), and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Add the shrimp and Cajun spices, coating everything evenly.

Transfer the shrimp mixture into a cooking bag, add the boiled corn, seal, and place in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
