- 1Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 400CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 50Grams (g) Butter
- 1Psc.Yolk
- 1Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

In the bowl of a stand mixer, place half a cup of warm water, half a cup of milk, eggs, vanilla, two teaspoons of sugar

Add a pinch of salt, a spoonful of yeast, 400 grams of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, and mix for 5 minutes.

Add 50 grams of butter and mix for another 5 minutes.

Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough inside, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

Cut the dough into four equal pieces.

Roll each piece using a rolling pin.

Roll each piece into a roll shape and seal it tightly.

Take two pieces of the rolls and roll them into a pigtail as shown in the video

Place the rolls in a greased baking mold and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Brush the top of the dough with a mixture of 1 egg yolk, 2 teaspoons of milk, and a pinch of vanilla before placing it in the oven.

Bake the dough in the oven.

After removing it from the oven while hot, brush it with 1 tablespoon of butter and cover it for 5 minutes.
