    Mix 1 cup of starch with ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, curry powder, ground coriander, and turmeric.

    Add ¼ cup of water to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

    Grate 2 zucchinis, 2 carrots, and 2 potatoes, then slice 1 onion into thin strips.

    Finely chop ½ bunch each of coriander, parsley, and dill, then add them to the vegetable mixture and mix well.

    Combine all the ingredients with the starch and spice mixture until fully incorporated.

    Distribute the mixture in a circular pattern in a suitable oiled tray and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
