Steps

    We grill the kofta in the oven until cooked, then add the fried potatoes and mushrooms, along with the spices and salt.

    We mix the garlic and coriander, then add them on top of the kofta.

    We add lemon juice, olive oil, and water, then place the dish in a preheated oven for half an hour.

    It is served with Arabic bread or white rice.
