Ingredients
- 2CupBasmati rice
- 2Psc.Potato
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
- 500Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1CupOil

We wash the rice and then soak it in water

Cut the potatoes into cubes

Brown the minced meat in a skillet on the fire, then add the chopped onion and sauté until it wilts. Add salt, spices and continue stirring until the ingredients are fully cooked

Place the soaked rice in a pot along with the two chopped potatoes, turmeric, and salt. Cover with water and cook as you would regular rice until fully cooked.

Once the ingredients cool slightly, place them in a food processor and blend well until you get a smooth, cohesive dough.

Add the cornstarch to the mixture and blend again until fully combined.

Shape the dough into small balls or patties, and stuff each one with the minced meat, onion, and spice mixture.

Seal the kibbeh well and press the edges to hold the shape.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a deep pan, then fry the kibbeh until golden and crispy

Remove the kibbeh from the oil and place it on paper towels to absorb excess oil
