Ingredients

  • 2Psc.Potato
  • 1CupGluten free flour
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.25CupWarm water

Steps

    Boil the potatoes in the usual way and leave them until cooked

    Mash the first potato well, then add a pinch of salt and knead it with the flour.

    Add the second mashed potato with 1/4 cup of warm water, and continue kneading until the dough forms.

    Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

    After resting, carefully roll out the dough so it doesn’t tear, then cut it into the desired shape as shown in the video.

    Cook the tortilla on a medium-hot griddle until it’s done

    After cooking, cover the tortilla with a cloth on both sides to cool, then store it.
