  • 1.5Cupwater

    Add sugar, syrup, and ghee, then rub ingredients gently.

    Gradually add boiling water and mix lightly with fingertips without kneading.

    Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 4–9 hours.

    Grease the baking pan with tahini and ghee, then pour in the mixture.

    Garnish the surface with soaked pistachios.

    Bake in a preheated oven until edges turn golden.

    Cut the harissa and place under the broiler to brown.

    Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar and water with lemon juice and clarified butter.
