- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 2CupMinced parsley
- 1Psc.Chopped Hot chilli
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1Cupwater

Prepare the sauce: In a glass bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well until smooth.

Prepare the liver mixture: In a deep bowl, combine the flour, starch, and baking soda, then add the spices: salt, pepper, chili powder or paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and onion powder.

Add the parsley, dill, garlic, and red chili pepper.

Crack in the two eggs, then gradually add water while mixing until you get a thick, bechamel-like batter.

Dip the liver slices into the batter, coating them fully.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat, then fry the liver pieces for 6–7 minutes until golden, crispy, and cooked through.

Place the liver on a strainer to drain excess oil, and serve hot with mayonnaise and garlic sauce.
