Ingredients

  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Psc.White Onion
  • 2CupFrozen Spinach
  • 3ClovesMinced garlic
  • 0.25Psc.Chicken stock
  • 2Grams (g) Sour cream
  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 2CanCheddar
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1To TasteMozzarella
  • 1To TasteNachos

Steps

    Heat the butter in a frying pan.

    Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.

    Add the frozen spinach and garlic, and stir well.

    Cover the pan and let the spinach cook on low heat until it melts and all the water evaporates.

    Once the spinach is dry, add 1/4 cup of chicken broth and stir.

    Add the sour cream and mix well.

    Add the cooking cream and stir until the mixture is well combined.

    Add the cheddar cheese slices and stir until melted.

    Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and mix everything together.

    Pour the dip into a foil serving dish and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.

    Line a box with paper, place the dish inside, and arrange the nachos around it.
