We whisk the ingredients after adding each pancake ingredient (2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of milk, 3/4 cup of warm milk, 1/4 cup of oil, 1 1/4 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder) until the mixture is completely blended

We let the mixture rest for 30 minutes to achieve the desired consistency.

We place the mixture in a piping bag for easier control when cooking.

We pour the mixture into a hot pan, forming circular shapes.

We add the cinnamon mixture on top of the pancake batter in the pan after pouring it.

We place a layer of pancake batter on top of the cinnamon mixture, then wait a little until it cooks.

We flip the pancake to the other side once the first side turns golden.

We prepare the cheese sauce by mixing cream cheese with a little sweetened condensed milk until the texture is smooth. You can also add caramel sauce or a light dusting of powdered sugar as desired.
