  • 0.5Grams (g) Liver
  • 5ClovesGarlic
  • 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 1Psc.Bell Peppers
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.5PinchHot chilli powder
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar

Steps

    Blend the garlic, hot pepper, bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, cumin, coriander, and chili in a food processor.

    Slice the liver into thin strips.

    Marinate the liver with half of the blended mixture.

    Heat oil in a frying pan, then add the remaining marinade and stir briefly.

    Add the liver to the hot oil over high heat, then add the chili, bell pepper, and ¼ cup of vinegar.

    Assemble the sandwich with liver, tahini, and lemon juice to taste.
