Ingredients

  • 3CupChopped Kale
  • 1Psc.Red onion
  • 1Psc.Green Apple
  • 0.5Psc.Dates
  • 0.5PacketPomegranate
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Crushed Jameed
  • 0.3CupOlive oil
  • 1Psc.lemon

Steps

    Rub the kale with olive oil and lemon juice at least half an hour before serving, or you can leave it for an hour to soften.

    Cut the apples and dates into small cubes

    Finely chop the red onion

  4. 4

    Place the kale in a serving bowl and then add the chopped onion

    We add apples, dates and pomegranate

    Add the jamid chopped into small pieces.

    Mix the ingredients well until smooth and then serve the dish.
