Ingredients

  • 3CupRed pepper juice
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
  • 0.5PinchHot chilli powder
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar

Steps

    We put the pepper juice in a bowl, then add the cornstarch, salt, and chili powder, and mix well.

    Add the white vinegar and continue mixing until the ingredients are well combined.

    We place the mixture on the stove, stirring constantly until it starts boiling.

    Lower the heat once it starts boiling and leave it to thicken.

    We pour the hot sauce into sterilized bottles using a funnel.

    We store the bottles in the refrigerator.
