Ingredients

  • 100Grams (g) Edamame

    Cover the soy granules with water and soak for at least one hour.

    Strain the soy thoroughly from the water.

    Add the fried minced onion.

    Blend the mixture in a food processor until smooth.

    Add the burger seasoning and ground beef to the processor.

    Blend again until fully combined into a uniform paste.

    Lay out parchment paper on your work surface.

    Use a round mold or cutter to shape the burger patties

    Place some of the mixture in the mold and spread it evenly, making sure it's not too thick.
