In a pan over the heat, we place the minced meat and stir until it changes color.

We add the chopped onion and stir, then add the meat spice and cinnamon. Next, we add the red and green peppers and stir again.

We add the ghee, pepper paste, pizza sauce, olive oil, and the chopped parsley and dill.

To prepare the hummus, we place the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cold water, and a pinch of salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
