Brownies with Caramel Walnut
Ingredients
- 250Grams (g) Butter
- 250CupChocolate
- 300CupBrown sugar
- 3Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 100CupFlour
- 50Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
- 70CupWalnut
- 300CupSugar
- 0.5Cupwater
- 200CupWhipping cream

Prepare the baking pan by greasing it with butter, then dust it lightly with cocoa powder.

Melt the 200 butter with 170g of chocolate over a double boiler until fully melted.

Remove from heat, add the brown sugar, and mix well.

Add the eggs one at a time with vanilla, mixing well after each addition.

Add the flour and cocoa powder, and stir until just combined.

Fold in 80g chopped chocolate and chopped walnuts gently.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for 25–30 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the white sugar with ½ cup water over medium heat without stirring.

Let it cook until it reaches a golden caramel color.

Add the butter and stir until fully melted.

Carefully add the heavy cream and stir quickly until smooth.

Add chopped walnuts and stir into the caramel sauce.
