In a cold pot, we mix the milk, semolina, and sugar, stirring well.

Then, we transfer the pot to the heat and stir until the mixture thickens, as shown in the video. After that, we turn off the heat and add mastic, orange blossom water, and rose water, stirring well.

Once it cools, we add the cream and place it in the fridge for 6 hours, preferably overnight. Then, we garnish it with pistachios. Enjoy your meal!
