حلاوة طحينية
Ingredients

- 1.5CupMilk powder
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
- 2CupPowdered sugar
- 1CupNuts

We mix 1 cup of tahini with 1 cup of powdered milk and 1 cup of powdered sugar well until the mixture sticks together.

If we want the mixture to be softer, we add more tahini and knead it again

We place some nuts at the bottom of a container lined with parchment paper.

We spread the halva mixture over the nuts and press it firmly.

We cover the container and refrigerate it for at least two hours until the halva sets.

To prepare the chocolate tahini halva, we mix half a cup of powdered milk with half a cup of tahini, add half a cup of raw cocoa powder, and 1 cup of powdered sugar, then mix well.

We can mix the plain and chocolate halva mixtures when packing, according to preference.

We press the mixture firmly and leave it in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set.
