Ingredients

- 1CupFine semolina
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 400To TasteMozzarella
- 1To TasteSyrup
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 4CupMilk
- 0.25Psc.lemon
- 2CupYogurt

Prepare the syrup: Place 1 cup of sugar and ½ cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice and let it boil for a few minutes until the consistency is slightly thickened, then remove it from the heat.

Prepare homemade cream, then add a can of ready-made cream and stir well.
