Ingredients

- 2CupLemon jelly
- 1.5Liters (L)Hot water
- 1.5CupCold water
- 1CupLiquid cream
- 1CupPowdered sugar
- 1Psc.Lemon zest
- 2CupMilk

Dip the biscuits in milk and arrange them in the bottom of a dish.

Dissolve 1 pack of lime jelly in 1 cup hot water, stir well, then add ½ cup cold water.

Whip the cream with 15 tsp of the prepared jelly mixture, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until creamy.

Pour the cream over the biscuit layer, then add another layer of biscuits.

Pour the remaining lime jelly mixture over the set layers, then refrigerate until firm.

Dissolve 1 pack lemon jelly in ½ cup hot water, stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water.

Pour the jelly on top. Optionally, add a biscuit layer on top or leave it as jelly only.
