    In a Pyrex dish, arrange a layer of biscuits, then a layer of custard. Place in the refrigerator to cool and set completely.

    In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of hot water with one packet of strawberry or pomegranate-flavored jelly powder, stirring well.

    Place pomegranate seeds over the custard layer in the dish, then pour the cooled jelly mixture on top.
