Ingredients

  • 6Psc.Tangerine
  • 2CupWhipping cream
  • 0.5CupMonk Fruit sweetener
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mandarin peel
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 6Tablespoons (tbsp)Mandarin juice
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder

Steps

    We cut the tangerines in half and remove the insides.

    We squeeze the mandarin and strain it.

  3. 3

    We add the cream and sugar to the pot and leave it on the heat until it boils over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

    We reduce the heat and let it boil for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.

    We take it off the heat, strain it, and add tangerine juice to it.

    We leave it for 10 minutes to cool down.

    We pour it inside the tangerine segments and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.

    We decorate it with grated chocolate and orange zest or caramelized sugar.
