Steps

    Cut the potatoes and place them in a baking dish

    Layer the minced beef (kofte) between the potato slices.

    Arrange the vegetables (onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and eggplant) with the minced meat and potatoes in the dish.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables.

    Prepare the sauce in a food processor (tomatoes, green bell pepper, garlic, small onion, tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, dried coriander, and water)

    Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the baking dish.

    Cover the dish with parchment paper and aluminum foil.

    Bake in the oven at 200°C for 75 minutes.
