  • 360Grams (g) Philadelphia cheese
  • 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1Psc.Lemon zest
  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 2PacketDream whip
  • 1CupWhipping cream

Steps

    Crush the digestive biscuits until fine.

    Add the melted butter and a pinch of ginger powder to the biscuits and mix well until combined.

    Prepare the lemon mixture by blending the Philadelphia cheese with the cream (Qishta), sweetened condensed milk, Dream Whip, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.

    Press a layer of the biscuit mixture into serving cups.

    Add a layer of the lemon mixture over the biscuit base.

    Repeat with another layer of biscuits and another layer of the lemon mixture as desired.

    Prepare the whipped cream by whipping it with a packet of Dream Whip until thick.
