Halloumi Sandwich
Ingredients

- 6Grams (g) Halloumi cheese
- 1Psc.Tomato
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupHoney
- 1PinchRed chili flakes
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Pesto sauce
- 0.25BunchArugula
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Strained Yogurt

We cut the loaf of bread in half.

We slice the block of halloumi cheese into medium-thick slices.

We slice the tomato into rounds.

We place the bread in a hot pan and add a little butter to lightly toast it.

In the same pan, we add the halloumi slices and let them brown on one side.

We drizzle honey over the cheese as it cooks.

We sprinkle the crushed chili flakes over the cheese.

We flip the cheese to brown on the other side.

We spread pesto sauce on the bottom half of the bread

We place the fried halloumi slices on the bread.

We add the arugula over the cheese.

We layer the tomato slices over the arugula.

We cover the sandwich with the top half of the bread.

We place the labneh on the serving plate, then place the sandwich on top.
