Steps

    **Preparing the Syrup:** Combine 3 cups of sugar with 2 and 3/4 cups of water in a pot over heat. Allow the mixture to boil, then let it simmer briefly for a light syrup. Once cooled, transfer it to a suitable container.

    In a pan over heat, place the kunafa with the ghee and stir. Then add the powdered sugar and let it sit for a while. Finally, add one cup of the prepared syrup.

    In a bowl, combine the cream with the cooking cream and mix them well. Then, place the mixture in the refrigerator.

    Spread the kunafa mixture and shape it as shown in the video.

    Spread the cream over the kunafa, then add the local Aleppo clotted cream and a sprinkle of pistachios.
