Ingredients

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 0.5CupMillet flour

Steps

    Place all the dough ingredients in the mixer

    Blend until you get a creamy, cake-like consistency.

    Using a brush, spread the dough mixture on a preheated non-stick griddle over medium heat, and repeat until the amount is used up

    Boil the chicken and then cut it into very small slices

    Slice the onion into slices

    Prepare the filling by frying the onions in olive oil, then add the chicken
