Steps

    We finely chop the parsley and mix it with the ground meat, spices, salt, and pepper.

    We spread the meat mixture onto the tortilla, roll it up, and cut it into pieces using a sharp knife.

    We arrange the Arayes pieces on a baking tray, brush them with olive oil, and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
