  • 75Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

  • 1Psc.Brioche Bread

    We mix (3 egg yolks and 1 teaspoon of vinegar) in a warm water bath

    Gradually add (75 grams of melted butter) while continuously whisking until the mixture thickens

    Finally, we add (salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice).

    Poached Egg: We add (hot water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar) to a pot, stir the water in a circular motion

    Add (the egg) and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes

    We toast (brioche bread), place (turkey slices) on top

    Add (the poached egg) and (Hollandaise sauce).
