Ingredients

- 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 100CupGluten-free raw chocolate
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupGluten-free cake flour
- 0.25CupGluten-free baking flour
Steps

Beat the butter and sugar in a mixer until creamy.

Add the flours and salt, then the egg and vanilla, and mix until a dough forms

Wrap the dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Press the dough into tart molds and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden.

Prepare the chocolate filling by melting the cream, chocolate, and butter in a double boiler.
